Developmental Disability Services

SpectraCare's Developmental Disability program offers Day Habilitation Services that provide personalized planning, training, coordination, and support to help individuals improve independent functioning, physical health and development, communication skills, cognitive abilities, socialization, community integration, domestic and economic management, behavior management, self-medication assistance, and self-direction. Our staff deliver hands-on assistance and instruction in daily living activities, along with guidance in skills for independently enjoying leisure and recreational pursuits. 

In SpectraCare's Developmental Disability program, our support coordinators are trained professionals with expertise in developmental disabilities, mental health, and related fields who assist eligible individuals in accessing a comprehensive range of supports, including medical, social, educational, vocational, housing, and other essential services. Each eligible individual is assigned a dedicated support coordinator who builds a trusting relationship and works collaboratively to assess needs, identify resources, locate services, coordinate care, and monitor progress. This individualized approach ensures that all services are tailored to meet the person's unique goals and requirements.
